The Zenesis Quartzite II Bridge Saw Blade is a 14 in. wet-cut bridge saw blade with a 20 mm segment, a newly formulated soft metal bond and a super-heavy-duty core, built for chip-free cuts in quartzite as well as granite and engineered stone.

It is the second generation of the Zenesis quartzite blade. The soft bond releases spent diamond quickly so the blade keeps cutting in dense quartzite instead of glazing, and Zenesis pairs it with the strongest core it produces for near-zero deflection on aggressive cuts. The 14 in. carries 2 Breton pin holes and 1 Donatoni pin hole. The larger Zenesis Quartzite II Bridge Saw Blade – 16 in. is also stocked.

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials does the Quartzite II cut?

Zenesis publishes it for quartzite, engineered stone and granite.

How is it different from the original Zenesis Quartzite blade?

A newly formulated soft metal bond, the highest-quality diamond Zenesis uses, and a super-heavy-duty core for stability. Zenesis positions it for fabricators who demand the cleanest cuts on quartzite.

What pin holes does the 14 in. have?

2 Breton pin holes and 1 Donatoni pin hole.

What RPM should I run?

The Zenesis RPM chart recommends 1,700–2,000 RPM for a 14 in. bridge saw blade.

Is it suitable for marble or porcelain?

No. Neither is among the published materials. Use the Zenesis M Bridge Saw Blade for marble and a porcelain bridge saw blade such as the Alpha Silencer III Bridge Saw Blade – 14 in., for Porcelain & Crystallized Glass for sintered slabs.
