Shipping policy

We ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped due to chemical / hazmat restrictions.

When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Shipping rates for many items are weight-based; the weight of any such item can be found on its product page. To reflect the policies of the carriers we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.

**Standard processing timeline:** Obsidian Industrial commits to processing orders within 1 business day, with the day of order creation counting as "Day Zero" and the next day counting as the first day of fulfillment.
