Fabrication shops that need a pourable adhesive at production volume - rodding a run of sink cut-outs, filling into tight joints, or any work where the resin has to find its own level. The pure vinyl ester chemistry is the reason shops pick it over a polyester for sintered and ultra-compact material.

The wrong grade for a vertical joint, a build-up or a miter where the adhesive must hold its shape, because SV-1 is the syrup grade and will run; the Superior Stone Products V-MAX Stone Adhesive - Big Box, SV-9, Knife Grade is the thick paste version of the same resin.
