The Omni Cubed 90-degree Stealth Seamer is a manual vacuum seam setter with 5 in. cups that pulls and holds a perpendicular joint - mitered aprons, butt-joints and compound corners - rather than an in-line countertop seam. It can be inverted to work an inside corner.

It is the manual model, so each cup is charged by hand and there is no pump to carry or charge. Omni Cubed does not recommend it for porous material or for heavy waterfall pieces; the 90-degree Auto model is the upgrade for that work.

Key Features

  • 5 in. vacuum cups, sized to land on an apron or a return
  • Sets perpendicular seams: mitered aprons, butt-joints and compound corners
  • Invertible for inside corners
  • Manual operation - cups charged by hand, no pump and no battery
  • Ships with a sample roll of Kung Fu Tape for holding the joint closed while adhesive cures

What's Included

  • One 90-degree Stealth Seamer, manual
  • Two cup covers
  • One 25 yd sample roll of Kung Fu Tape

Who Is This For?

Fabricators and installers building mitered aprons, returns and compound corners on site, who need the two faces held square and tight while the adhesive sets. It is not the tool for a long in-line countertop seam - that is what the 8 in. cup Stealth Seamer models are for.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of seam is a 90-degree seam setter for?

A 90-degree seam setter pulls and holds a joint where two faces meet perpendicular to each other - a mitered apron, a butt-joint or a compound corner - rather than a flat in-line seam between two countertop sections.

What is it not recommended for?

Omni Cubed does not recommend the 90-degree Stealth Seamer Manual for porous material or for heavy waterfall pieces. For a waterfall edge specifically, the Omni Cubed Waterfall Jack is the correct tool: it clamps both sides of the edge and holds height and angle while the epoxy cures.

Does the manual version need a pump?

No. On the manual model each vacuum cup is charged by hand, so there is no pump, battery or charger in the kit.

Can it work an inside corner?

Yes - the unit can be inverted, which is what lets it reach an inside corner.

What is the cup size?

The 90-degree and Nano Stealth Seamer models use 5 in. cups; the Pro models use 8 in. cups.
