The Vincent Z35 Flat CNC Profile Wheel is a 3.15 in. (80 mm) segmented roughing wheel — Vincent's Z35 CERAM2 segmented profiling wheel, listed for technical ceramics and Dekton.

Diameter: 3.15 in. (80 mm) · Bore: 1.38 in. (35 mm)

Vincent's roughing-wheel table publishes diameter and bore only — no feed rate, stock removal or spindle speed column. The profiling-wheel application guide is a different table for different tools, so no figures have been carried across.

Key Features

  • Segmented rim for bulk removal — this is the wheel that takes the sawn edge back before any profile wheel touches it.
  • Listed by Vincent as Z35 CERAM2 segmented profiling wheel.
  • 3.15 in. (80 mm) diameter on a 1.38 in. (35 mm) bore.
  • Listed by Vincent for technical ceramics and Dekton.

Who Is This For

A high-production shop taking a lot of material off before profiling on dense material such as quartzite and porcelain, where a wheel that glazes costs more in cycle time than it saves in price — mitred ends, thick laminations, or a sawn edge that is a long way from the finished line.

It is not a profiling wheel and not a finishing tool. It leaves a rough, segmented surface that positions 1–3 of the profile set are meant to clean up.

This is the CERAM wheel. Vincent lists a separate range for granite and engineered stone.

Frequently Asked Questions

What feed rate should I run?
Vincent's roughing-wheel table does not publish one, so we have not printed one. The application guide on the facing page covers profiling wheels, which are a different tool.

What is it for?
Bulk material removal ahead of profiling.

What bore?
1.38 in. (35 mm).

Will it leave a finished edge?
No. It leaves a segmented, ground surface that the shaping wheels remove.
