WEHA Diamond Turbo Rodding Blade – 5 in., 1/4 in. Kerf, 10 mm Diamond, Wet or Dry
The WEHA Diamond Turbo Rodding Blade is a 5 in. blade that cuts a 1/4 in. wide slot in the underside of a countertop for rodding. It has a 10 mm diamond height with cooling holes through the core, a maximum of 12,200 RPM, a 7/8 in. - 20 mm - 5/8 in. arbor, and runs wet or dry.
The 1/4 in. kerf is the point of the tool: a single pass leaves a square-bottomed channel sized for 1/8 in. thick rod, so a fabricator does not have to make two passes with a standard blade and clean out the web between them.
