The A. Bottini Heavy-Duty Scraper is a 4 in. razor-blade scraper on a 12 in. chrome handle, for taking adhesive, grout haze, silicone and dried residue off countertops, walls and floors.
The 12 in. handle is the short version of A. Bottini's SCR-4 family: the same 4 in. head is also sold on 16 in. (SCR-4-HD-L) and 48 in. (SCR-4-HD-XL) handles. The blade is replaceable with A. Bottini SCR-4B blades.
