The Bonstone Materials Touchstone Express II Flowing is a clear flowing epoxy adhesive supplied as one case of three 1-gallon cans - two Part A and one Part B - mixed two parts A to one part B by volume.

Key Features

  • Mix ratio is 2:1 by volume.
  • Sets in 30 to 60 minutes at 75F, faster than the other flowing and knife-grade epoxies in the Bonstone range.
  • One case is one kit: three 1-gallon cans, two of Part A and one of Part B, not three separate kits.
  • Flowing viscosity for laminating and rodding, where the adhesive has to travel into the joint.
  • Clear. Total kit weight is 31.33 lbs.
  • Bonstone also builds this kit as pails - two 5-gallon pails of Part A to one 5-gallon pail of Part B.

Who Is This For?

Production fabricators laminating edges and rodding sink cutouts who need the clamp released and the next piece on the bench inside an hour. The Express name is the point: it is the fast member of the Bonstone flowing range.

What This Is Not For

'Flowing' means it will run out of a vertical or overhead joint, so this is not the grade for a mitered seam held on edge or for filling a chip. Use the Bonstone Materials Clear Gel Epoxy for knife-grade work. A 30 to 60 minute set is also too quick for a long miter - the Bonstone Materials Touchstone Silk Knifegrade Epoxy sets in 2 hours at 70F and is deliberately slower for that reason.
