- Vinyl ester and modified acrylic blend, published as bonding both mechanically and chemically.
- FV-5 smooth knife grade, the same grade as the quart and gallon in this line.
- Will-call pickup only; this item does not ship.
Who Is This For?
High-volume shops running Fusion as their standard adhesive on sintered, ultra-compact and solid surface work, buying at pail scale and collecting locally. The 20 to 25 minute cure suits a shop that needs pieces moving through the bench continuously.
What This Is Not For
Five gallons of a 20-minute adhesive is the wrong purchase for intermittent work - the quart and gallon of the same FV-5 grade exist for that. For a stiffer paste that holds a build-up, the Superior Stone Products Fusion Stone Adhesive - Quart, FV-9, Thicker Knife Grade is the same resin in a thicker body, and for bonding stone or tile down to plywood, backer board, concrete or masonry the Superior Stone Products E-1500-S Tile & Stone Setting Epoxy is the correct product class.
