APEXX Reverse-Thread Incremental Bit Adapter – 3 in., 1/2 Gas to M12
The APEXX Reverse-Thread Incremental Bit Adapter is a 3 in. stainless steel adapter that mounts a reverse-thread M12 incremental cutting tip on a reverse-thread 1/2 in. Gas CNC spindle. Ocean Diamond states it fits all 5-axis CNC machines with reverse (left-hand) threads, such as the Sasso K600, Park Saber and Donatoni Jet 625.
This is the reverse-thread adapter, and it only takes reverse-thread tips: the APEXX Green, White and Red Reverse-Thread Incremental Cutting Bits. A standard right-hand M12 tip will not thread onto it, and the adapter will not thread onto a standard right-hand spindle. For a regular-thread machine use the APEXX Incremental Bit Adapter – 2 in., 1/2 Gas to M12. Ocean Diamond also makes this reverse adapter in 2 in. and 4 in. total lengths under separate item numbers.
