Diamax Cyclone Polishing Drum Wheel – 2 in. x 2 in., 50 to 3000 Grit, Resin Bond, 3,000 RPM
The Diamax Cyclone Polishing Drum Wheel is a 2 in. x 2 in. resin drum wheel for wet edge polishing on sink cut-outs and inside curves. Select your grit above: 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500 or 3000.
A drum polishes with its side rather than its face, which is how it reaches the inside of a sink cut-out. Diamax publishes the line as a resin drum and credits the rubber drum body for tread life and reduced vibration, and it recommends oscillating the wheel up and down so it wears evenly instead of grooving.

Not Recommended For
Not a flat-surface pad — a drum is for the inside of a cut-out and for curves. On flat work a resin pad such as the Diamax Cyclone Premium R Series Wet Polishing Pad – 4 in., 3 mm Resin is faster. Note the part numbering: the trailing digits are the grit, not a size — every wheel in this line is 2 in. x 2 in.
Who Is This For?
Fabricators polishing sink and cooktop openings, where a flat pad cannot reach the inside face.
