The WEHA 3 Step Hybrid Diamond Polishing Pad is a 4 in. wet polishing pad and is step 2 of Weha's own three-step Hybrid system. Step 2 refines what step 1 leaves; skipping it puts step 3 on a surface it is not built to correct.

The Hybrid line is its own Weha product line, not another name for Trio or Trilogy. Weha sells the Hybrid line in 3 in., 4 in. and 5 in.; the Trio and Trilogy pads stocked here are 4 in. All three steps of the 4 in. Hybrid set are stocked here, so the sequence can be completed.

Key Features

  • 4 in. wet polishing pad, step 2 of a three-step system
  • The middle pad, run after step 1 and before step 3
  • Part of the Hybrid line, sold by Weha in 3 in., 4 in. and 5 in. diameters
  • Complete 4 in. set stocked: steps 1, 2 and 3 (WEH 13351, 13352, 13353)
  • Used wet

Who Is This For?

Fabricators running a general three-step wet polish on a 4 in. pad who want the whole sequence from one line. If your work is specifically dark quartz and dark engineered stone, the WEHA Trilogy 3 Step pads are the line built for it; if you are polishing sink bowls and tight curved profiles, the WEHA Trio pad is the highly flexible option.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Hybrid pad the same as the Trio or Trilogy pad?

No. Weha sells 3 Step Hybrid, Trio and Trilogy as three separate polishing lines. Weha sells the 3 Step Hybrid pads in 3 in., 4 in. and 5 in.; the Trio and Trilogy pads stocked here are 4 in.

Do I need all three steps?

Yes. The Hybrid system is designed as a three-pad sequence, and all three 4 in. steps (WEH 13351, 13352, 13353) are stocked.

Is it used wet or dry?

The WEHA 3 Step Hybrid pads are wet pads and should be run with water.

What material is this line for?

Weha does not publish a material restriction for the Hybrid line on any reachable page, so none is claimed here. For dark quartz and dark engineered stone specifically, Weha's Trilogy line is the purpose-built option.
