Zenesis Quartzite Bridge Saw Blade – 16 in., 20 mm Segment
The Zenesis Quartzite Bridge Saw Blade is a 16 in. wet-cut bridge saw blade with a 20 mm split segment and a bond formulated for cutting quartzite on a bridge saw.
Quartzite is tightly interlocked quartz crystal, and a general-purpose granite bond glazes over in it and slows to a crawl. Zenesis builds this blade with a softer bond and a split-segment design so it keeps exposing fresh diamond through the whole cut. Zenesis has since released the Zenesis Quartzite II Bridge Saw Blade – 14 in., with a reformulated bond and heavier core; this original Quartzite blade remains the 16 in. we stock for quartzite.

What segment height and arbor does it use?
A 20 mm split segment and a 60/50 mm arbor.
What RPM should I run it at?
The Zenesis RPM chart recommends 1,500–1,800 RPM for a 16 in. bridge saw blade.
Is it wet or dry?
Wet use only, on a bridge saw.
What is the difference from Quartzite II?
Quartzite II is the newer generation with a reformulated soft metal bond and a super-heavy-duty core. This listing is the original Quartzite blade.
