The Alpha Libero Electroplated Marble Blade is a 5 in. electroplated diamond blade with a 7/8 in. arbor, made for cutting marble and other soft stone. Alpha specifies it for softer marbles, travertines, soapstones and alabaster, and also for fiberglass.
Alpha states explicitly that this blade is not for granite. Electroplated diamond strips quickly in hard stone. For granite, quartz and engineered stone use the TAHOE Turbo Blade in 5 in. or 6 in.

No. Alpha states that the Libero electroplated marble blade is not for granite. Use a sintered turbo blade such as the TAHOE Turbo Blade for granite and quartz.
