APEXX Router Bit V20 – Full Bullnose, 2 cm Slab, Position 1

The APEXX Router Bit V20 is a sintered CNC router bit that cuts a full bullnose profile on 2 cm slab, in Position 1. Ocean Diamond specifies wet use only, and notes that Profile V is commonly known as full bullnose or just bullnose. On the sintered router bits the number is the slab thickness in centimeters, so V20 is the 2 cm bit.

Do not read this code against the APEXX brazed angle-grinder profilers, where the same letters and numbers mean a RADIUS in inches rather than a slab thickness. A brazed profiler V20 is a 2 in. bullnose; this router bit V20 is a 2 cm slab bit. Ocean Diamond publishes the positions in its own words: Position 1 profiles the stone edge, Position 2 smooths the edge to reduce the time spent polishing afterwards, and Position 3 is available for V30 to achieve extra smooth edges. Position 0 segmented bits can serve as pre-cutting tools before the Position 1 bits.
