(1x) VERSAFLO SINGLE STATION BATTERY CHARGER KIT - SKU: MMM 7100035838

• The TR-641N Battery Charger Kit is a complete single station battery charger for TR-600 Series PAPRs. It consists of a TR-640 Cradle and a TR-941 Power Supply. The TR 641N Battery Charger Kit is a complete single station battery charger for TR 600 Series PAPRs. It consists of a TR 640 Cradle and a TR 941 Power Supply. The TR 641N battery charger will charge a TR 630 standard capacity battery or TR 632 high capacity battery in less than 4 hours. The TR 641N charger will charge one battery at a time. Batteries may be stored on the charger, fully charged, ready for immediate use.

(1x) VERSAFLO RESP HELMET M-405 W/VISOR AND STROUD - SKU: MMM 051131-17322

• Used with an approved air source, M-400 Series helmets provide respiratory (OSHA APF=1000) and limited head (ANSI Z89.1-2003 Type 1 Class G) and eye (ANSI Z87.1-2010) protection. The M-405 assembly includes a standard visor and standard shroud. The M-405 assembly includes a M-925 Visor, M-444 Inner Collar, and M-445 Outer Shroud. The M-925 visor is made of polycarbonate. The M-445 shroud is appropriate for general purpose use.

(5x) VERSAFLO PREFILTER TR-6600 - SKU: MMM 051131-37354

• The TR-6600 prefilter can extend the service life of the particulate (HE) element of TR-600 series filters and cartridges by capturing large particles that may otherwise clog the HE filter. Frequent prefilter changeout may help optimize PAPR system performance. The TR-6600 prefilter must be installed and used according the the User Instructions. Use of the TR-6600 may reduce PAPR operating costs by extending the service life of the main filter/cartridge. The TR-6600 is maintenance free and should be discarded when loaded or damaged.

(1x) VERSAFLO PAPR ASSEMBLY TR-617N HC BAT BT30-TUBE EC-BELT - SKU: MMM 051131-37342

• The 3M™ Versaflo™ PAPR Assembly TR-617N includes motor/blower (TR-602N), high capacity battery (TR-630), length adjusting breathing tube (BT-30), easy clean belt (TR-627) and airflow indicator (TR-971). The TR-617N assembly may be combined with 3M Versaflo branded headtops and filters or cartridges to create a complete, compact, light weight, easy-to-use PAPR for protection against certain particulates, vapors and gases. Single and four bay chargers are available to charge the battery. The TR-617N assembly may be the prefered choice of customers working in environments with airborne hazards that include particulates and gases or vapors such as pharmaceutical or food manufacturing. Obsidian Industrial stocks the following parts to be used with this PAPR Assembly: Versaflo Helmet (MMM 051131-17322); Versaflo Filter cover (MMM 051131-37381); Versaflo organic vapor HEPA Filter (MMM 051131-37361); and the Versaflo prefilter TR-6600 (MMM 051131-37354).

(2x) VERSAFLO ORGANIC VAPOR HEPA CARTRIDGE TR-6510N - SKU: MMM 051131-37361

• The TR-6510N is a filter is a combination High Efficiency (HE) particulate filter and Organic Vapor (OV) cartridge for use with TR-600 series PAPRs. 3M recommends the use of the TR-6500FC filter cover to help protect the filter from physcial damage. The TR-6510N is a combination cartridge for certain particulates and organic vapors, for use with TR-600 series Powered Air Purifying Respirators. This filter/cartridge may be suitable for operations where the primary hazard is particulate and/or certain organic vapors or gases, such as in pharmaceutical manufaturing or painting operations. 3M recommends the use of the TR-6500FC filter cover to help protect the filter/cartridge from physcial damage. The TR-6500FC filter cover is also used to hold the TR-6600 prefilter or TR-662 spark arrestor in place. For maximum PAPR system run time, select the TR-632 High Capacity Battery when using the this cartridge. NIOSH approval: OV/HE

(1x) VERSAFLO FILTER COVER TR-6500FC - SKU: MMM 051131-37381

• The TR-6500FC is a filter cover for use with the TR-6510N, TR-6530N and TR-6590N cartridges. 3M recommends the use of the filter cover in order to help protect cartridges from physical damage. The filter cover is also used to hold the TR-6600 Prefilter or TR-662 Spark Arrestor in place. The filter cover may be cleaned and reused, and should be replaced when worn or damaged.
